Hebben jullie EUDR, RoHS of REACH verklaringen?

Onze producten worden geproduceerd en geleverd in overeenstemming met de toepasselijke Europese wet- en regelgeving. Hieronder vind je informatie over de regelgeving waar onze klanten het meest naar vragen.

EUDR (EU-verordening inzake ontbossingsvrije producten)

De Europese Ontbossingsverordening (EUDR – Verordening (EU) 2023/1115) vereist voor bepaalde grondstoffen en producten een zorgvuldigheidsverklaring (Due Diligence Statement) met een bijbehorend EUDR referentie nummer.
Op basis van ons huidige assortiment vallen de door ons geleverde producten niet binnen de productcategorieën waarvoor de EUDR een zorgvuldigheidsverklaring vereist.
Daarom zijn voor onze producten geen EUDR zorgvuldigheidsverklaring (DDS), EUDR referentie nummer of verificatie nummer van toepassing.
Mocht ons assortiment of de toepasselijke wet- en regelgeving in de toekomst wijzigen, dan zal deze verklaring hierop worden aangepast.

RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances)

De RoHS-richtlijn (Richtlijn 2011/65/EU, zoals gewijzigd) beperkt het gebruik van bepaalde gevaarlijke stoffen in elektrische en elektronische apparatuur (EEA).
Onze standaardproducten, waaronder stickers, spandoeken, reclameborden, print producten en vergelijkbare grafische producten, worden niet aangemerkt als elektrische of elektronische apparatuur. Daarom is de RoHS-richtlijn in het algemeen niet op deze producten van toepassing.
Wanneer een product met elektrische of elektronische componenten wordt geleverd, wordt de toepasselijkheid van de RoHS-richtlijn, indien relevant, afzonderlijk beoordeeld.

REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals)

De REACH-verordening (Verordening (EG) nr. 1907/2006) heeft als doel het veilige gebruik van chemische stoffen binnen de Europese Unie te waarborgen.
Onze producten zijn "artikelen" in de zin van de REACH-verordening. Bij normaal en redelijkerwijs te verwachten gebruik zijn deze producten niet bedoeld om stoffen vrij te geven.
Voor zover bij ons bekend en op basis van de informatie die door onze leveranciers is verstrekt, bevatten onze producten geen Zeer Zorgwekkende Stoffen (ZZS) in een concentratie van meer dan 0,1% (gewichtsprocent), zoals opgenomen op de actuele REACH Candidate List en de RIVM ZZS-lijst, tenzij dit voor een specifiek product uitdrukkelijk anders is vermeld.
De REACH-verklaring is gebaseerd op informatie en verklaringen van onze leveranciers en op de Candidate List die wordt gepubliceerd door het European Chemicals Agency (ECHA).

Our products are manufactured and supplied in accordance with applicable European legislation. Below you will find information regarding the regulations that are most frequently requested by our customers.

EUDR (EU Deforestation Regulation)

The European Union Deforestation Regulation (EUDR – Regulation (EU) 2023/1115) requires certain products and commodities to be accompanied by a Due Diligence Statement (DDS) and an associated EUDR reference number.
Based on our current product range, the products supplied by our company do not fall within the scope of the EUDR requirements for a Due Diligence Statement.
Therefore, no EUDR Due Diligence Statement (DDS), EUDR reference number, or verification Number is applicable to our products. Should our product range or the applicable legislation change in the future, this statement will be updated accordingly.

RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances)

The RoHS Directive (Directive 2011/65/EU, as amended) restricts the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment (EEE).
Our standard products, including printed materials, stickers, banners, signs, and similar graphic products, are not classified as electrical or electronic equipment. Consequently, the RoHS Directive is generally not applicable to these products.
Should a product containing electrical or electronic components be supplied, its compliance with the RoHS Directive will be assessed separately where applicable.

REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals)

REACH Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 aims to ensure the safe use of chemicals within the European Union.
Our products are articles within the meaning of the REACH Regulation. Under normal and reasonably foreseeable conditions of use, they are not intended to release substances.
To the best of our knowledge and based on information provided by our suppliers, our products do not intentionally contain Substances of Very High Concern (SVHCs) above the concentration threshold of 0.1% (w/w) as defined by the current REACH Candidate List, unless explicitly stated otherwise for a specific product.
REACH compliance information is based on supplier declarations and the Candidate List published by the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA).
